Located about 450 meters above sea level very close to all the amenities of the town but in a very private part where the only thing you will enjoy is the nature around.
This beautiful contemporary-style house has an excellent combination of concrete walls and wood floors and ceilings giving a lot of freshness to the place. The house has access to an electric gate and an area to enter several cars. The access to the house is with sliding windows which gives a lot of natural light to the place.
A double corridor to enjoy the beautiful view of the Diamante mountain row, beautiful wooden columns and chandeliers adorn the outside, as well as a beautiful natural stone tub, is hidden but the mountain view makes the ideal place for those moments of relaxation.
Inside we can find 2 bedrooms with A/C, two full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with wooden furniture with anti-bump doors, granite counter tops, and a laundry room. A lovely place to enjoy wonderful weather and right in the middle of the beach and the city of San Isidro, just perfect.
