Relax and immerse in this unique and peaceful property, surrounded by the jungle and with its own private waterfall. This recently renovated Costa Rican house, with a boho modern style, is located in Uvita. A 4×4 vehicle is NEEDED to access the property and enjoy the wonders the area has to offer. The space: The owner lives in a casita in the same property, but you won’t be disturbed by her. If you have any requests please let us know. Otros aspects: PLEASE NOTE: You are coming to the jungle, where pests are common and we specifically want to mention it. You must understand that Costa Rica is located in a tropical climate where insects, rodents, lizards and reptiles flourish in this environment.
Although we use our best efforts to hold to a minimum interaction with these pests during your stay, all guests must understand that a contact with such pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We have a strict plan for pest control that allows us to keep the jungle outside of the property and we hope you can understand that they are part of the environment that you are so eager to enjoy.
