If you like to swim, surf or walk on the beach, we are only 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It’s a 35-minute drive to Perez Zeledon or Uvita for shopping, banking, etc. There are several organic markets in the area and we are only ten minutes from the Tuesday Tinamastes organic market.
Located about 330 meters above sea level in an area away from the main road 243 where vehicular traffic is minimal and very few neighbors around so you can enjoy a lot of privacy, security, and of course nature.
The house is located in the middle of the farm where the view is simply spectacular, the mountains and the ocean form an incredible panorama that you will never want to leave. The access to the property is with an electric gate and the internal road of about 100 meters leaves several areas on the sides where you can create gardens or even build some additional structures.
