THE LOCATION & ACCESS

The home is accessed via a prepared road which starts at the Costanera, passes through Ojochal and continues on to Phase 11. But what is sure is that this unique design takes FULL advantage of the tropical location – be it rain or shine, you are fully engaged with the nature that lives a breath away in every direction.
INTERIOR & FEATURES
The home features a large and fully equipped kitchen which opens directly into the pool & patio via large sliding doors. This area also contains a brilliantly designed dining table / breakfast bar and a lounge with a wall-mounted TV. Steely granites & appliances & warm lumber finishes contrast in this modern yet natural space. Two bedrooms, a master bed with an ensuite & TV, and a common bathroom with a monsoon shower sit towards the back of the home. One of the bedrooms opens to an outdoor space via sliding doors while the master bedroom contains a balcony. Sizeable storage & laundry rooms are located in the covered carport.
All spaces are air-conditioned and feature beautiful lumber trims alongside modern design elements. The house has CCTV cameras and an alarm system – combined with the electric access gate you will be provided a high degree of security.
