All bedrooms are suites, have brand new king size beds with 1000 thread count sheets and a work space. The living room is spacious with 15 foot high Pine ceilings, a sectional couch and dining area. Our Bali style pool and covered outdoor seating is perfect for relaxing. The space: Casa Ginger is a brand new high end house just a few blocks from the beach and world class surfing.

The open air floor plan with the pool running down the center offers a lovely tropiclal atmosphere. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a full kitchenette and a seperate enterance which offers many options for guest. If you are searching for luxury, convenience and comfort Casa Ginger is the place for you. Guest Access: The whole house is available. There is an additional listing named “Casa Ginger at the Beach – 2 King Suites” that can be rented alternately if you just want to rent the downstairs 2 king suites. Otros aspects: There is AC in all 3 bedrooms, but the main living area and kitchen are open air with fans only.
