– An additional 52 units of multi-family residential product such as, Luxury Villas, Condos, Tree-Top residences and Timeshares.
-The 60 acres of titled property would offer the ability to increase density if desired by an additional 20 – 30 units of multi-family villas, along with providing numerous nature trails, canopy walks, wild-life corridors and a range of potential tourist activities.
