The guest house includes a luxurious primary bedroom / bathroom suite, a fully appointed kitchen, and a lovely gathering space with views of the infinity pool and ocean. Outside, the villa’s private gated entrance from a paved road (no need for a 4WD!) leads to a large, secure parking area for multiple cars, including a covered area for two cars. A dedicated exercise area connects to the inviting outside shower with exquisite views of the ocean.

Guest Access: Access is possible with a 4×2; a 4×4 is not required Located only five minutes away from the vibrant town of Uvita, you will have access to nature, culture and amenities including beach access through Parque Nacional Marino Ball, Whale Tale Brewery and Supermercado BM. The free concierge service provided with your booking can provide recommendations for the best restaurants, excursions, and other attractions and assist with arranging for airport transfer, car rental, private chef, yoga classes or private poolside massages. The property has security cameras in the outside areas that cover the gate, garage and garden. As well the alarm system is activated when you leave the house. In addition, the community is monitored by a private security company that has multiple cameras on the road. PLEASE NOTE: You are coming to the jungle, where pests are common and we specifically want to mention it. You must understand that Costa Rica is located in a tropical climate where insects, rodents, lizards and reptiles flourish in this environment. Although we use our best efforts to hold to a minimum interaction with these pests during your stay, all guests must understand that a contact with such pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We have a strict plan for pest control that allows us to keep the jungle outside of the property and we hope you can understand that they are part of the environment that you are so eager to enjoy.
